1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for bookings made directly through our official website, phone numbers, or authorized partners.

Refund requests will be considered only if the guest follows the cancellation terms mentioned in our Cancellation Policy.

2. Refund Conditions

• ✔ Refunds for cancellations made within the free-cancellation window will be processed without deduction.
• ✔ If cancellation is made after the free-cancellation period, applicable charges will be deducted.
• ✔ No refund for “No-Show” guests who fail to check in on the booking date.
• ✔ Early check-out refunds (if any) are subject to room usage and hotel discretion.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

• ✔ Refunds for prepaid bookings will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• ✔ Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
• ✔ Processing time may vary depending on bank or payment gateway policies.

4. Non-Refundable Bookings

• ✔ Bookings marked as “Non-Refundable” will not qualify for any refund under any circumstance.
• ✔ Promotional or discounted bookings may also fall under non-refundable terms.

5. Group or Event Bookings

Refund conditions for bulk, banquet, or event bookings may differ and will be clearly communicated during reservation.
