Cancellation Policy

At SukhRaj Hotel & Resort, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our guests.

1. General Cancellation

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of check-in will incur a 50% deduction.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in are non-refundable.

2. No-Show Policy

• If the guest does not arrive (no-show), the entire booking amount will be charged.
• No-show bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Early Check-Out

• If a guest checks out earlier than planned, unused nights are non-refundable.
• Any exceptions will be based on management discretion.

4. Group Bookings & Event Cancellations

• Group bookings, banquet reservations, or event bookings require 7–15 days prior cancellation.
• Advance deposits for banquet or event bookings are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability and management approval.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued only through the original payment method.
• Convenience fees or payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Third-Party/Online Travel Agent Bookings (OTA)

• For bookings made via third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo), the cancellation policy of that platform will apply.
• All refund and modification requests for OTA bookings must be made through the same portal.

7. Force Majeure

• In unavoidable situations such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, cancellation rules may vary.
• The hotel reserves the right to offer rescheduling instead of refund in such cases.

8. Policy Acceptance

By confirming a booking at SukhRaj Hotel & Resort, guests acknowledge and accept the terms of this cancellation policy.
